Happy Birthday to Me!

September 6th was my Birthday and India got me a fire pit. I was very happy to have one as I had been saving up the wood for a very long time and had several wood piles going cut to the perfect length :) It's all burning quite nicely!




My ferns are doing quite nicely as well. I am going to try to save them over the winter and see if I can't "bring them back to life" again in the Spring.

Order of The Sleepless Knights

Went out Friday night to the Order of the Sleepless Knights event at Denny's here in Terre Haute. Met up with a bunch of Geocachers and didn't get home until late.












Didn't eat a thing while I was there and just had a couple of cups of coffee. :) I was good as usual.

Ryves Hall Youth Center Invaded by Nerds

A group of nerds arrived this evening at approximately 6PM and exposed the children to things that should the dare to get involved in would guarantee them a life of expanding waistlines and virginity.

All this under the guise of teaching them about Amateur Radio. Muhhhhhaaahhaaahhaa!

"Look what I found in my lot today."

I should have been doing this all along. There have been some really cool items over the past five years and alas some are now lost forever.

I should also keep a running tally of the money (change) found in the parking lot too. It would eventually add up to a decent amount I think.
